Founder's Associate
Work directly with the founder across product, clients and operations. The brief changes week to week, from client research and competitor teardowns to running a compliance programme end to end. Apply by email, with the subject line "Founder's associate: 0-1 @ diligio.co; X", where X is the first letter of your first name. Best suited to someone who wants range rather than a narrow lane, and who is early enough in their career to still be curious about most of it.
Hours are strictly 9am to 6pm IST, weekdays only. We work hard inside them and keep weekends clear unless there is an emergency.
